Selling has always been complex for me (and most of us, let's face it). But in 2019, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and experimented with becoming a salesperson. The opportunity that arose was in a difficult market for Brazil: life insurance. I said goodbye to Spin and became a "life planner" working with Prudential do Brasil. I got months of learning that I will take with me throughout my career. The weekly goals, which I constantly hit while at the company, are both an incentive for excellence and a constant demand for public attention. And, as you can see in the Informal Careers section, I have a hard time producing just one thing at a time. Variation feeds me, refreshes my head and spirit. So, I accepted an invitation from Spin to return to the company, now in the sales area, to apply my gathered knowledge. Currently, I am the company's global sales manager, conducting prospecting, construction of technical proposals, and after-sales activities for Brazil, Asia and North America.
