I started as a copywriter at Doisnovemeia Publicidade, a junior company at the University of Brasília. I failed the selection process 2 times before joining the company. And I ended up becoming president, something I like to record with pride and as a story of overcoming challenges (as anybody would, right?). Then I worked at AV Comunicação, a small agency in Brasília, with accounts from the Federal District Government, such as Detran-DF. I ended up being hired as a full copywriter by Plá (currently, Cálix Propaganda), where I worked with companies from Brasília. I decided to try a career in São Paulo, where I spent 3 months visiting agencies until I got a job at Spinola Comunicação Integrada. I spent another 3 months before being called by Salem, where I was called. I worked with NET, Santander and Carrefour, among other clients. I moved to Porto Alegre afterward, working as a freelancer at E21, Dez Propaganda, Competence, and QG Propaganda. Then, I was invited by Plá to open a branch of the agency in Rio de Janeiro, where I spent a year as a director. It was a very challenging and learning period. I returned to Brasília as Creative Director a year later. I worked with public tenders and clients in Brasília until taking a sabbatical period of a few months and changed the course of my career for the first time (see Social Media). On balance, there were even a few prizes in the Prêmio Colunistas Propaganda Brasília 2011: 2 silver medals in TV/CInema, 1 silver in Radio, 2 silver in Print Media, and 1 silver in Integrated Media.
